EFT integration
Cashless payment is replacing more and more old payment methods. Integrate card readers using our ems system to guarantee your customers a modern, technical infrastructure for financial transactions. As the system is certified by our cooperation partner SIX, EFT terminals can be connected without additional certification.
Valuation of inventories
Have your inventories automatically valued in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER. The valuation is based on the lowest value principle. Users can also access these valuation functions when making postings for financial accounting, thus saving valuable time.
Mobile terminals
In addition, the ems merchandise management module allows processes in the central warehouse to be optimally supported through the inclusion of portable terminals. All warehouse functions can be carried out mobile and, above all, efficiently. If your terminals are also equipped with a camera, complaints about incoming goods can be documented directly. There is also the option of both rolling and complete stocktaking. Once an inventory has been completed and approved, corrections are automatically posted and stock levels adjusted accordingly. If your license package includes accounts receivable and accounts payable management as well as our sales system, all postings are automatically updated for the corresponding warehouse. Our tool also offers a remedy for the automatic calculation of sliding prices.
